To the Family of Late President UMARU YAR A’DUA and THE NIGERIAN PEOPLE
With deepest regret and sorrow, we, the Executive Officers, Board of Trustees and members of PUSONG PINOY ASSOCIATION in Abuja FCT, Nigeria, wish to send through this letter, our sympathies and condolence on the passing away of your dear and humble husband, father, friend and Commander In-Chief, President UMARU YAR A’DUA. He was a symbol of unity, honesty and good governance by example and deeds. Indeed, he was an exemplary leader and this is the legacy he left behind for future Nigerian leaders to emulate.
May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace.
Also, may you, his family and the entire Nigerian people he left behind, bear his passing away and have the strength and courage to move on and continue his legacy. He was indeed gone, but his thoughts and ideals will remain for a long, long time.
