And finally on the 26th of July, the team was ready for the villagers of Kuje. They were all assembled at St. Andrew's Seminary as arranged. 100 families received a bucket full of goodies. A generous spirit is an inherent trait among Filipinos.
The work as manifested here is but a very small token rendered to the Filipinos' host country. The Filipino Community here in Abuja, together with the religious sisters of the Nunciature, know that there are still many things that the community can do to help.

We acknowledge with thanks your compliments. And through this medium, we, the Executive officers and members of the Pusong Pinoy Association likewise thank you and your staff at the Philippine Embassy, Abuja for the assistance and encouragements not only to the "gift giving" event but to some other projects, activities and fund raising in the future.
